The HSIM department is the proud recipient of a $144,000 Simio LLC grant to support our teaching and research initiatives using the industry-leading Simio simulation software.
Health Information Management

Our program – the only CAHIIM-accredited program in North Carolina – offers a comprehensive education in health information management, preparing you for a successful career in this high-demand field. Furthermore, program graduates are eligible to sit for the industry-leading Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credentialling examination.
