Dr. Cellucci is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, College of Allied Health Sciences and Professor in the Department of Health Services and Information Management. She was a Fulbright Scholar to India (Fulbright-Hays) and recipient of a grant for innovative teaching from the American Sociological Association as well as BB&T Leadership Enhancement Fund grants that focus on leadership development in the classroom. She has received the Gary L. Filerman Prize for Educational Leadership, Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA); Outstanding Mentor, the ECU Women and Gender Office; Outstanding Performance in Teaching, the College of Allied Health Sciences Dean’s Award; and Distinguished Professor for Teaching Award, the University of North Carolina Board of Governors. She served on the Board for the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (past Chair), and she serves as Treasurer for ECU’s chapter of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. She has been published in journals such as Health Policy and Technology, Business Case Journal, and Journal of Health Administration Education. She is the author of three books (two in second edition) focusing on healthcare management.
